What We Strip

Mobile Sandblasting in Vancouver BC

Our rig comes to your driveway, yard, marina, or job site.

Built for Vancouver

Mobile Blasting on Your Site Across Metro Vancouver

Most of the steel that needs blasting around Metro Vancouver is attached to something. A railing bolted to a deck, a gate hung on posts, a trailer that isn't worth dismantling to move.

Our rig carries the compressor, blast pot, media, and containment. We sheet off the work zone, blast the surface where it stands, prime the bare metal, then vacuum the spent media out.

Some work still belongs in a booth, and we'll say so rather than improvise. Coastal damp is why the holding coat goes on the same day. Ask us for a free written estimate.

Why Choose Us

Why Vancouver Homeowners Choose Us for Mobile On-Site Sandblasting

We Bring The Rig
Compressor, blast pot, media, and containment arrive on our truck. Nothing needs hauling to a shop.
Contained On Site
We sheet and mask the work area so media and debris stay inside it, then vacuum it out.
No Disassembly Required
Railings, gates, and structural steel get blasted where they stand instead of being cut free and moved.
Primed Before We Go
Bare metal gets a holding coat the same day so it doesn't flash-rust in Vancouver's damp.

How It Works

Your Surface Blasted Clean in 4 Steps

From the first call to a clean, primed surface — here's how a job runs.

Site Walk And Booking

We look at access, water, and what's around the work before booking. Where the truck can park and how far the hose has to run decides how the day gets set up.

Set Up And Contain

The rig gets positioned, hoses run out, and the work zone sheeted and masked so media and debris stay where we put them.

Blast On Site

We run the nozzle over the surface at the pressure and media the substrate calls for, working dry or with the wet setup depending on the site.

Prime, Vacuum And Pack Out

Bare metal gets its holding coat, the spent media is vacuumed up, the sheeting comes down, and the site goes back to how we found it.

Common Questions

Mobile On-Site Sandblasting — Frequently Asked Questions

How much does mobile sandblasting cost in Vancouver?
Most residential jobs run $300 to $800 depending on the surface size and condition, and on-site work is generally priced the same as shop work rather than at a premium. Travel within Metro Vancouver is built into the quote. We give you a free written estimate before anything starts.
What do you need from me on site?
Access, and usually water and a bit of space. Our compressor is diesel so we don't draw on your power, but wet blasting needs a hose bib, and the truck has to park within hose reach of the work. We confirm all of it when we book.
Will blasting make a mess of my driveway or yard?
Not when it's contained properly. We sheet off the work zone, mask anything nearby that shouldn't get hit, and vacuum the spent media before we leave. Wet blasting is the option we reach for when a site is tight or the neighbours are close.
Are you insured to work on a commercial site?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured and in good standing with WorkSafe BC, and we can provide a letter of clearance for commercial projects that ask for one. Where a site runs its own safety orientation, we work through that before the rig arrives.
How long does a mobile job take from arrival to cleanup?
Setup and containment take the first hour or so, the blasting itself depends on the surface, and teardown and vacuuming take the last stretch. A railing or a trailer frame is typically a single-day visit start to finish. We put a realistic window in the written estimate.
